So this year’s KFA Tournament is fast approaching!! Get training!!!

$40 to enter all divisions in your age group.

Gold, Silver and Bronze KFA medals awarded at the KFA Dinnerthe following week.

Saturday 1st September, Peewees 9am, Kids 10.30am, Adults 11.30am. There will be no standard classes on the tournament day.

Divisions:

Peewees – Forms, Balance comp, Helicopter, Tornado Rope, Limbo, Horse Stance and the special event of the KFA Posture holds (bird, drib, pretzel, scorpion, fish, flying eagle, slingshot)

Kids – Forms, Balance comp, Mabu pushing comp, Horse Stance, Hanging comp, Plank, Sparring, Weapons

Adults – Forms, Horse Stance, Hanging comp, Handstand comp, Mabu pushing comp, Weapons, Sparring, Taijiquan
